A cease trade order has been issued by the British Columbia Securities Commission on July 5, 2022, against Binovi Technologies Corp. for failing to file the annual audited financial statements, annual management's discussion and analysis, and certification of annual filings for the year ended Feb. 28, 2022, within the required time period. Upon revocation of the cease trade order, the company's shares will remain suspended until the company meets TSX Venture Exchange requirements. Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the companies during the period of the suspension or until further notice.

Gute Frage, also ich gucke zumindest noch täglich, ob sich irgendetwas verändert oder Neuigkeiten veröffentlicht werden. Zwischendurch war die Webseite von Binovi mal komplett down, danach wieder Online mit einer News zu der Hauptversammlung am 28.10.2022. https://binovi.com/binovi-technologies-corp-update/ Seitdem hat sich aber auch komplett gar nichts verändert. Bin aber dankbar, falls hier jemand mehr weiß und es mitteilen möchte.

In accordance with TSX Venture Policy 2.5, the company has not maintained the requirements for a TSX Venture Exchange Tier 2 company. The trading symbol for the company will change from VISN to VISN.H. There is no change in the company's name, no change in its Cusip number and no consolidation of capital. The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX-V market. Further to the exchange bulletin issued July 6, 2022, trading in the shares of the company will remain suspended. MEGA CHANCE! STRONG BUY" Carsten Schmider Musterdepot. Steht natürlich ausdrücklich dabei, dass es sich hierbei um eine Werbekampagne handelt, aber vllt. drückt es ja die -90% auf -85%... :)

Habe alle 9000 Stck. mit Verlust verkauft und mir 30 % vom Steuerausgleich geholt. Geld ist auf dem Konto. Das war mein Binovi-Invest bei den Kanadiern!!!

Ich halte meine 9000 und warte ab. Volles Risiko gehe ich ein.

Same... Tut mir echt weh, aber nach so langer Zeit und es ist nix passiert, Verluste kann ich immerhin für die Steuer angeben 🤷‍♂️
